  • 会员175397：服务其实还不错，但是有一件事我特别不舒服，因为房间里没有一次性剃须刀，第一天晚上打电话，前台的服务人员说房务中心的服务人员下班了，明天大早上送。下班的时候跟前厅接班人员交代一下。等第二天早上的时候再次给前台打电话，前台服务人员说没有剃须刀，我又询问了一下是服务人员忘记给我们房间放了还是就是贵酒店就是没有一次性剃须刀，前台接待说酒店就是没有。大概过了两三分钟，前台来电说，有，马上送到房间。可能只是一间小事，但是对于酒店人来说，我觉得不应该出现这种情况，应该是先询问再回话。而不是一口说没有，给我的感觉很不符合服务行业的谨慎回答。以上仅仅是作为酒店人的个人看法，如果有得罪，希望见谅。 衣食住行各方面不错，如果有机会。还会去。
  • 会员3125：新开的酒店，房间不错，设施也很好，住得挺舒服。但服务明显跟不上，电视遥控不能用，打了几个电话没人接，后来打通了，说一会儿叫师傅过来，结果是根本就没人来。没有独立停车场，只能停马路对面。
